Lou was credible in his description of what needed to be done and why right up front. This went a long way to allay my fears that I would get "soaked" for the job and built my confidence that what I thought was a major disaster, was actually a routine plumbing fix. He provided some options for completing the work and suggested some future follow ups for after the crisis (both a burst pipe and a seriously clogged drain pipe) had passed. He completed the work with a high level of expertise and quality in execution, despite the fact that he had to work all day in a very short dirt crawlspace - and maintained a happy demanor throughtout. He cleaned up after himself meticulously - which may seem like a basic requirement, but you'd be surprised how many service providers leave a huge mess! He was spot on with his estimation of time and cost and delivered within budget. He was pleasant, courteous, trustworthy in both the sales and delivery aspect.
