Lou was credible in his description of what needed to be done and why right up front. This went a long way to allay my fears that I would get "soaked" for the job and built my confidence that what I thought was a major disaster, was actually a routine plumbing fix. He provided some options for completing the work and suggested some future follow ups for after the crisis (both a burst pipe and a seriously clogged drain pipe) had passed. He completed the work with a high level of expertise and quality in execution, despite the fact that he had to work all day in a very short dirt crawlspace - and maintained a happy demanor throughtout. He cleaned up after himself meticulously - which may seem like a basic requirement, but you'd be surprised how many service providers leave a huge mess! He was spot on with his estimation of time and cost and delivered within budget. He was pleasant, courteous, trustworthy in both the sales and delivery aspect. His expertise turned what was a major disaster at my place into a simple speed bump. GREAT JOB!
